Coverage and timing
We deliver across Bangladesh. Typical delivery is 24–72 hours in major cities and 2–7 business days elsewhere after confirmation. Remote areas, holidays, weather and courier conditions may cause delays.
Charges
The charge is confirmed before dispatch and may depend on location, size, weight and payment method. Promotions apply only when clearly stated and confirmed.
Receiving orders
Provide a reachable number and complete address. Inspect the outer package on arrival and report visible damage immediately when courier rules allow.
Failed delivery
Repeated failed attempts, refusal without cause or an unreachable recipient may result in cancellation and applicable delivery costs.
